POSITION
Summary:
The Republic of Tea seeks a self-motivated and responsible Administrative Assistant who will work under the direct supervision of the President.
This is a role for someone who leads with integrity, is a quick problem-solver, and enjoys a fast paced environment.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and personal support to the President.
You will also provide administrative support and special project management for the Strategic Planning Team.
A primary goal for this position is to enhance the President's effectiveness by supporting their focus on company strategy, project management and other key initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Office administrative operations;, maintain office inventory, assist in general office management requests, and support a safe, clean and organized office environment.
Provide executive support to the President.
Prepare and reconcile monthly expense reports and travel credits.
Detailed calendar management of President ensuring preparedness for all scheduled travel, meetings, conferences, and events.
Event Management; administrative support for trade shows, networking events, and other key meetings, both virtual and in-person.
This would include venue selection, vendor procurement, contract negotiation, invoicing and budget tracking, travel and event logistics.
Curate and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, materials, tea trainings, track and drive completion of key deliverables, and follow-up on outstanding action items as needed.
Coordinate and support internal product development process by executing lab cuppings and provide administrative support for cupping meetings and change requests needed for project completion.
Develop key internal/external communication on behalf of President.
Act as liaison between President, Strategic Planning Team, internal departments, customers and external stakeholders, and Advisory Board key contact.
Organize and manage contracts, deadlines and renewals to maintain current and future efforts.
Drive nomination process for prestigious award recognition Assist and support philanthropic efforts.
Support special projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree preferred, will consider strong relevant experience in lieu of a college degree.

years' experience supporting senior-level leadership.
Experience in calendar management, travel booking, and a passion for planning.
Impressive organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Skilled collaborator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A positive, dynamic and professional personality that enjoys working in a collaborative work environment.
Ability to project manage assignments to acquire desired results.
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
Zoom video platform experience.
Expense reporting experience, such as Concur.
