Full and Part time Ferry SECURITY OFFICER - TWIC licensed HOURLY RATE:
$25.
hr Schedule:
Shifts start and end at the Larkspur Ferry Terminal.
Officer is expected to arrive and begin shift prior to scheduled departures, remain at stadium location, and conclude shift in Larkspur after ferry return schedule.
Games typically start between 10:
00am and 4:
30pm and end between 5:
00pm and 11:
30pm.
Candidate must be able to work several or all monthly events having day and swing availability.
Most event dates fall on the weekend.

10 games Security Agent Duties May Include:
Monitor guests, remaining visible to deter disruptive behavior Standing, observing, customer service, climbing stairs, ramps, or ladders during shift Conduct bag checks of guests upon onboarding Maintain grooming and uniform standards at all times Adhere to and follow BSG company standards and Maritime rules while interacting with the public, clients, and emergency responders Process-oriented with high attention to detail, and triage a problem quickly providing precise/clear information while working under minimum supervision Execute good communication with all other Ferry personnel and the public resulting in performing work effectively and efficiently

Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and written skills; bilingual is a plus Professional appearance; well-groomed with no visible tattoos or piercings One year previous security or event staff experience preferred Ability to work in changing weather conditions such as cold weather, rain or heat Resistance to motion sickness - this position provides Security on a Ferry Ability to work a flexible schedule for events Requirements:
Eligibility to work in the United States Be a minimum of 18 years of age Current CA Guard Card (required) TWIC Card (required), or in process of obtaining High School Diploma (or equivalent) Reliable form of transportation Basic computer and smartphone proficiency Ensure compliance with company policies and processes Ability to stand and/or walk for majority of shift Applicants must successfully complete a thorough background screening, drug test, and reference check to be eligible for employment.
