Call Center Representative

This position is the entry point for most patients this person will likely be the first person that a patient will talk to when accessing the health center and will therefore play a vital role in making our patients feel supported and welcomed. Call Center Representative will support patient in getting needs met-- including transfer directly to live person, if not available initiate process of chart retrieval, obtain information and document appropriately. The selected candidate will participate in Quality Improvement activities (or tracking capacity)If patient calling with other needs such as advice, etc., following guidelines. Furthermore, she/he will develop expertise in using scheduling and telephone system when scheduling patients with their PCP in a timely manner.
Requirements

High school diploma

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
