Behavior Technician / Program Supervisor

Position Summary:
Program Supervisor Interns perform a combination of supervisory and direct work. As supervisors, they are responsible for supporting the implementation of programs to include training Behavior Therapists as well as supervising the collecting and graphing of data for each program. As direct interventionists they work 1:1 with their clients in a variety of settings, implementing the skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs. They work directly under the supervision of the clients case carrier (e.g., Clinical Director) to support the progress of each client and their program. Program Supervisor Interns are direct representatives and reflect the values and mission of Juvo.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
Bachelors Degree from an accredited College or university in applied behavior analysis, early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, pediatric therapy, psychology or related field.
Must be currently/enrolling in a BCBA certification and MA degree program.
Must complete with acceptable grades graduate level coursework in behavior analysis covering the BCBA examination content areas required.
Two years of related professional experience providing behavioral services/programs to people with autism spectrum disorders and/or other developmental disabilities or diagnoses in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
Program Supervisor Duties & Responsibilities:
Demonstrates effective communications with co-workers and behaviors promoting cooperation and teamwork. Respond to all company communication with 1 business day.
Provide all consultation, support and supervision in a professional manner.
Supervise the implementation of behavior programs for clients with fidelity.
Train and support the Behavior Therapist to collect data daily for each program.
Train and support the Behavior Therapist to graph data daily.
Overlap and train Behavior Therapists in all essential job duties.
Provide initial and ongoing performance feedback to Behavior Therapists.
Create program materials as directed by clients Clinical Directors / Program Managers.
Communicate any parent or family concerns to clients Clinical Directors / Program Managers.
Train clients parents in the implementation of the behavior plan or skill acquisition programs as directed by the clients Clinical Directors / Program Managers.
Provide coverage for school aides as per School Sub Plan.
Participate in ongoing group and individual supervision.
Participate in direct observations by Supervisor.
Provide direct observation and feedback regarding staff performance.
Analyze and interpret data collected by Behavior Therapists and make necessary program changes.
Meet productivity requirements established by your supervisor.
Maintain accurate documentation with regards to services provided, time worked and task completed.
Maintain HIPAA compliant records and practices.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
