Production Assistant - Special Projects (Contract)

The Special Projects team is looking for a contract Production Assistant to join our San Francisco team.
Responsibilities:
Assisting producers or leads with general logistics and planning
Assisting in the planning, scheduling, assigning and tracking of detailed tasks and dependencies
Helping manage and coordinating the art content creation and review process for internal and external teams
Participating in meetings to capture detailed notes; assessing for new work, team needs and blockers
Creating action items from meeting notes and assisting in scheduling and tracking each task through completion
Coordinating work and acting as a conduit for communication for inter and cross disciplinary teams, including various outside vendors and partners
Qualifications:
1-2 years work experience in game production or development
Results oriented, focused and composed under pressure.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Exemplary written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Experience using MS Office or similar software
Passion to work and grow as a producer in the games industry
Experience with Unreal Engine
Knowledge of game scripting or interactive mechanics
Experience with agile software
Experience using Autodesk Shotgun

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
